
Taekwon-Do Training
Taekwon-Do is a Korean Martial Art and modern Olympic sport.
Training Taekwon-Do will automatically start improving balance, co-ordination and confidence whilst learning taekwondo and developing/advancing life skills. Training naturally improves upon whatever level of health, fitness you currently have. This in turn initiates and facilitates in fulfilling potential in both Taekwon-Do and life.
Training offers a structured and progressive route for anyone with classes suitable for men, women and children (some as young as 4 years) of all abilities.
Taekwon-Do can be very versatile, making it suitable for those:
* students new to any kind of martial arts
* returning to the martial arts
* wishing to learn another martial art
* new to activity/sport
* already engaged in other sports
* wishing to focus on self defence
* wishing to focus on tournaments and competing
